Ventilator Care
Expert support for people who depend on ventilation — bringing safety, normality and freedom back to life at home.
Living well with ventilation
Depending on a ventilator shouldn’t mean living in hospital. With the right team, people who are ventilated — invasively or non-invasively, around the clock or overnight — can live safely and fully at home, with family, school, work and community life around them.
Our ventilator care includes
- Invasive ventilation via tracheostomy
- Non-invasive ventilation (NIV/BiPAP/CPAP)
- Ventilator checks, settings awareness and alarm response
- Circuit changes and equipment care
- Cough assist and airway clearance
- Oxygen therapy and saturation monitoring
- Emergency protocols and resuscitation training
- Waking night support with full alertness standards
Rigorous training, real accountability
Ventilator competencies are assessed person-by-person: every carer is trained on the specific equipment, settings and escalation plan for the individual they support, with sign-off by a registered nurse and regular reassessment. Our 24/7 on-call system means clinical advice is never more than a phone call away.
